Introduction
I have attempted to go vegetarian in the past and this time, I want it to stick!

Are you the only vegan or vegetarian in your family?
Out of my husband and I, yes, although my mother-in-law & sister-in-law are vegetarian.
Anything else you would like to share about yourself?
I am an opera singer turned banker, married, and some of my interests include Eastern religion and philosophy, live music & theater, writing, poetry, science fiction, reading, the great outdoors, yoga, and anything not remotely connected to banking.
What are you hoping to get out of this meetup?
Recipes, strategies for vegetarian living in the real world, and making new like-minded friends.
