AFP's Hot Air Tour has the goal of building grassroots pressure against costly state, local, and federal climate change policies. AFP has pledged to mobilize citizens in order to fight off any attempts to pass cap-and-trade -- a regulatory scheme that will raise taxes and kill jobs across the country.
Attendees will have the chance to listen to Americans for Prosperity President Tim Phillips, ride in
AFP's tethered hot air balloon (weather permitting), and sign a petition urging their members of Congress to vote "no" on cap-and-trade.

Join Americans for Prosperity's Hot Air Tour in Washington, PA on Friday, May 14th at 5:30PM for a discussion on American energy policy. Learn about the danger Cap and Trade legislation poses to our economy, local businesses, even your personal budget.

Location:
Washington Fairgrounds
2151 North Main Street
Washington, PA 15301

Bring friends from work, family, your college, home school group, political group, other community associations to this rally against cap and trade and Al Gore's global warming alarmism.
