I want to learn more about healthful cooking (and raw) and get away from processed foods and restaurants. It is empowering and bestows so many benefits.
Palak Paneer (tofu), spinach hummus, Thai tofu coconut, stir fries, fajitas, dumplings, mock pasta alfredo, japanese udon or miso soup, black bean & acorn squash soup.
I am vegan for animal rights, health and inner peace. Always striving to better my cooking skills (both raw and cooked). I believe everyone should learn to sustain themselves and those they love to the fullest.
