July reading: Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard

  • July 14, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • ACT rehearsal space

Note:  I've decided to do Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard instead of the Ibsen.   The event is now open for RSVPs.

We will be using the Modern Library edition translated by Michael Henry Heim.  If you get a script from the library please make sure it is the same edition and translator.

As always, you must bring your own copy of the script.  PDFs are available in the More -> Files section of this meetup.

To gain entry to the building, call the phone number posted on front door.  Do not use the building intercom.

No-show and wait-list policy:
This event is limited to 16 people. If you have been a past no-show and have never attended an event, you may be bumped from the Yes list to make room for someone on the wait list.

I'm not feeling as well as I'd like.

I have been ill and although better today I do not think I can make it to Chekhov.

I unfortunately have to be working in Los Angeles. Thought I'd be back in town by Monday. Sorry to miss it this month. Looking forward to the next.

Sorry to change my RSVP to "no." Busy week and I'm not up to Chekhov's four acts and all those Russian names this time around. Have fun.

I have an ongoing problem with my printer. Could someone please please pretty please with twinkies on top print me out a copy of the script, and I shall reimburse you generously for your trouble? Thanks.
