September reading: Water by the Spoonful (2011) by Quiara Alegría Hudes

  • September 8, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • ACT rehearsal space

2012 Pulitzer Prize winner.  The play "follows an Iraq war veteran who is struggling with civilian life. His story runs in parallel with those of four individuals who connect on an online chatroom dedicated to recovering drug addicts."

As always, you must bring your own copy of the script.  PDFs are available in the More -> Files section of this meetup.

To gain entry to the building, call the phone number posted on front door.  Do not use the building intercom.

I didn't realize this, but the play is being performed at Mountain View Center for Performing Arts through September 14.  Goldstar discount tickets are available.  http://www.goldstar.com/events/mountain-view-ca/water-by-the-spoonful

It was a great play and we were a small intimate group that had much fun reading it.
