Many of you recall the fun we had at the August 2010 Meetup as we discovered David Ives' wild and stylish one-act plays. In particular his send-up of David Mamet's "Glengarry Glen Ross" had us in stitches.
Now Mr. Ives has come up with a second collection entitled "Time Flies". That title refers to a very short play about the even shorter lifespans of two insect sweethearts who becomes the subject of a brief nature documentary. Other titles are "Degas c'est Moi", "Enigma variations", and "Soap Opera", which considers the personal lives of major home appliances.
Playreader David Cheng has curated a selection of the plays, and you are invited to look over the text files and provide feedback to me at [address removed], which I'll pass on to David.
As usual with script distribution I'll need your regular e-mail address.
