Visit the historic Queeen Mary for a decadent Sunday Brunch.

The legendary Queen Mary, a masterpiece of understated British elegance, charm and grace was conceived in 1926 by a cadre of Conrad’s expert shipbuilders, and destined to become the most luxurious ocean liner ever built. The Grand Salon, the ship's original First-Class Dining Room, is an elegant setting for the most spectacular Sunday Brunch in Southern California. This elegant brunch features a harpist to set the mood. Served buffet-style, the Champagne Sunday Brunch offers food from around the globe with more than 50 world-class entrees! Food stations include a Carving and Entree Station with a selection of cooked meats; an Chinese Station with stir-fry; a Pasta Station with a selection of gourmet pastas and sauces; a Dessert Station with such delectables as chocolate covered strawberries; and, of course, an authentic Mexican Station featuring foods from south of the border. Additional selections include breakfast favorites, a salad bar, fresh seafood, and gourmet displays.

Parking is $5 with restaurant validation. The Grand Salon is located on R Deck, the 2nd level, mid-ship and is accessible from portside elevators.

Dress Code: Business-casual attire, including dress shorts and jeans, is accepted. No beach attire, flip-flops or tank tops are allowed in the dining room at any time.

Price: Brunch is $39 plus tax and gratuity. Please remember to bring small bills to expedite the billing process.

If the event is FULL, you may sign up for the wait list. If your plans change, please email me and change your RSVP. Once your RSVP changes, the list will automatically bump up the next person from the wait list.

I didn't realize there was a tour included until the next day when I read the reviews posted on the 2nd group's event listing. Too bad the tour information wasn't posted on this listing - I might have re-thought leaving early.

Who attended?

  • 6 attendees
    •  Good company and conversation! Nice day for a brunch! Unfortunate that there were 6 no shows especially given that there were so many on the wait list.
    •  My 1st time having Sunday Brunch on the Queen Mary and it was a grand experience. It was also my first time tasting caviar. Now I'm hooked! Goes great with the eggs benedict. The harp player added to the atmosphere and the waiter continually filled our glasses with champagne. It was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday.
    •  There was a lot of food and it included champagne as well as sparkling cider. From the crepe station to the mimosas to the caviar selection, it was a pretty good deal. Plus you are allowed to explore the ship and the engine room is by far the best place to see!
