Please note that we will meet at our designated truck location near downtown. It is curbside eating with no tables and chairs. You are welcome to bring a lawn chair for comfort, but please note none will be provided.
As you all know, 2009 has been the Year of the Food Truck, but in 2010, the proliferation of new Food Trucks coming aboard is still going strong and for today's event, we will be checking out one of the newest kids on the block, the Mandoline Grill Food Truck.
Owned and operated by Mong Skillman, her goal is to incorporate Vietnamese foods that are both traditional and vegan into the menu. The flavor and family history is passed down through her mother’s tasty recipes, who also owns and operates Sông Hương restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii. For just $15/$16, our tasting menu is going to include:
