We beat the crowds and had some pretty tasty Sichuan dishes. I've never had sausage spiced in this manner. The chocolate cheese brick toast at Salju was interesting.

Wow, lots of Sichuan fans put there! We will order a variety of dishes to balance out our meal. Not too many starches and yes possibly some pork.
