For $29, West Hollywood’s dessert haven Plaisir Bakery and Cafe (FaceBook / Twitter) treats Travelzoo subscribers to a lunch for two, capped off with two of its popular sweets. This local favorite was dubbed the “Best New Sugar Fix” in 2010 by LA Weekly, and this meal is now more than 50% off. Please join the Seekers for a spring time lunch on April 23, 2011 at 11:30 am. I've purchased a voucher and will share with the first person to RSVP - "Yes". I contacted TravelZoo and Plaisr and they've confirmed that one (1) voucher can be used for every two people in our group. Please indicate in your RSVP if you've purchased a TravelZoo voucher. There isn't a limit on the number of people who want to attend the movie afterwards.
The culinary trio menu includes:
- A quiche
- Half sandwich and half salad
- Any sweet crepe, piece of cake or slice of pie
Also awarded "Best Dessert in Los Angeles" by Citysbest.com, this French hot spot is helmed by owner and chef Phillipe Dray. He looked beyond his top baked goods to provide an eccentric, modern setting where guests can relax in the ornately decorated interior or on the patio watching passersby on Santa Monica Boulevard.
After lunch, you're welcome to join me to catch the "The Conspirator" flick at a nearby movie theatre.
——
"The Conspirator" is a period drama based on true events following the assassination of President Lincoln. Wright Penn will play Mary Surratt, the only woman among a group charged with conspiring to kill the president. McAvoy will play Frederick Aiken, an idealistic young war hero who reluctantly defends Surratt and in the process comes to believe she is innocent.

Now I see that I made things a bit confusing as i was a bit confused with a folder full of coupons and vouchers to go thru...
at this time, it looks like no more vouchers and that is fine too because i can do something else...

okay, sorry I'm a little spaced here...I knew I was shararing a voucher with Koti, but you are right it was your voucher and not mine...is that still the case?
April 18, 2011
@koti: Nan, can share your voucher. Sorry for the confusion. Although I included follow-up RSVP questions some members didn't answer. I also posted within the event announcement for RSVPs to indicate if they've purchased a TravelZoo voucher.

I always thought I'll share my voucher with ssk, it seems there is some confusing here?
April 18, 2011
@SSK: Koti's response to follow-up RSVP question was she purchased a voucher & willing to share cost of voucher. Your response to follow-up question: "If you haven't purchased a TravelZoo voucher, do you agree to split the cost with a member that is willing to share their voucher? ?yes?
April 18, 2011
last communication was that koti and i were sharing my coupon...is that not hte case?

LivingSocial has a "Plaisir" $10 deal for $20 to Spend on Food and Drink. I'll need to check with Plaisir to see how this deal can be used during our event.
