Florence, Cradle of the Renaissance: A Conversation with Peter Weller (FREE)

  • This location is shown only to members

I am attending a FREE lecture on Renaissance Art at the Getty. You are welcome to join me in my geek out!

By the way, it is FREE!

It's FREE, and will be given by Peter Weller. From the Getty Website:

Actor (Dexter, 24, Robocop, among others), director, and art historian Peter Weller draws upon his experience studying in Florence to discuss the dynamic artistic, political, economic, and religious climate that flourished in early Renaissance Florence in a conversation with Christine Sciacca, curator of Florence at the Dawn of the Renaissance: Painting and Illumination, 1300–1350.

Did I mention, it is FREE!

Click here for a FREE ticket!

Public Transportation Information (not free!)

I plan to be in the line by 645PM. See my comment below if you're interested in going to 800 Degrees after the lecture.

Hope you can join me!

uuummm, Peter Weller is an 'art historian'? WHO KNEW? Did anybody get an extra ticket because they are Sold Out. I think they will have them available at the door because of no shows but just asking anyway.
