Introduction
I love to cook and love to eat and when I first dined with Abby under Yahoo Groups, I thought this group was the perfect fit to satisfy my apetite.
Favorite Cookbooks
Family recipe book-I don't really have a particular preference although I did receive a "White Trash Cooking" from my caucasian cousin in East Texas, she pokes fun at me as I am Asian with southern background.
Best Meal I Ever Ate
Steak Tartare in Hungary with some Russian friends; eating in Kowloon Harbor in Hong Kong-the hustle and bustle energy made me hungry and dining at a local Thai family's home in Bangkok with my Mum.
Favorite Comfort Foods
Anything my Mum makes or cooking a recipe from my grandmothers.
Favorite Cuisines
Asian, Brazilian, French, Spanish Tapas round out my favorites, but it can always change as I am not picky at all.
Favorite Restaurants
HHmm will have to think this one thoroughly as I have many favorites.

Family style dinner party for seafood lovers at the brand new Eva!

Japanese Invade LA Hotdogs: Dogzilla!!!
"First of all I love hot dogs, links and bratwursts and Japanese snacks/toppings/fixin's, so this fusion was right up my alley. I do wish they would have an establishment so I can satisfy my cravings,. The Dogzilla and Furikake were my favorites."

"It was a nice event, good group of people, thank you to Brian for setting this up. We did receive complimentary extras from the kitchen. The stand out dishes for me were the philly cheesesteak, apple/fennel salad and the beet salad. ..."
