PMP Study Group-Virtual Study Session-May 9-Brain Dump Prep/Question Drills

Get together virtually* for a PMP exam study session via Google Hangout. Potentially find future study partners and/or form a study group.

FOCUS: Question Drills and Preparation of Your PMP Exam Day Brain Dump Materials

Feel free to post your additional priority study topics as a comment below. Bring your study resources and questions that you may have about the exam. We'll do introductions and then split the rest of the time between question drills (e.g. on risk management, procurement, etc.) and preparing your exam day brain dump materials.

*Note: we will be utilizing Google+, so send your Google+ Name so I can send you a Hangout Invite to the study session.

Best Practices for PMP Exam Study Groups:
-commitment is key! study group members must be very committed to their study group team, and the process of studying for the exam. Set goals and meet them!
-attendance to each study group session is mandatory and missed sessions must be made up. when you miss a session, you are letting the whole group down.
-try to meet at least twice a week if not three times a week. the closer to your exam the more important this is.
-one very effective method of learning is for each study group member to be responsible for learning a chapter from the PMBOK and then teaching it to the rest of the study group. The act of explaining the material and answering questions helps to solidify your own understanding.
-drill on exam questions until you are consistently scoring high; build up your accuracy buffer!
Good luck studying for your exam! And let everyone know how you did WHEN you pass it!
