Meet other out-of-shape local hiking enthusiasts in this dog-and-family-friendly group. We'll set a slower pace, and start with easier, shorter hikes. Please note: I mean HIKES not walks down nature paths. :) There may be some walks down nature paths, but please be prepared to do real-life hiking. I'm unabashedly completely and totally overweight and out of shape, and I want to do something about it. If you do too, then let's start slow! If you aren't interested in pushing yourself just that little bit further, then we might not be the right group for you. Because while we do intend to take it pretty easy, we still want to see results from all of our hard work. Positive attitudes encouraged! I personally invite all those who are dedicated to slower-paced hiking excursions in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on losing weight or getting in shape, and leaving no trace of litter on our lands!
