FYI, there will be a meeting of the James Joyce Society on Felix Mendelssohn's birthday, the day after James Joyce's. Here's the info:

The James Joyce Society invites you to its 3 February 2012 Program at Glucksman Ireland House, New York University, 1 Washington Mews (5th Avenue between Washington Square North and 8th Street).

The meeting will start promptly at 6:00 p.m.
