Mash-up Poetry

Find some headlines in the paper and cut out 2 -3 headlines or captions. Bring your captions to the group and we will place them in a hat, mix them up, and than have each person take a caption. Once you receive your headline/caption, that will be the title of your poem to write.

We will also be engaging in our ritual of group poetry/therapy.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Lots of fun! Some good poems were created, and even better ones were shared.

Words, words, words. So many languages worldwide, and yet, if we pay attention, we are really all saying the same thing! Like there's two and hunger, longing for love and p is the quintessential human experience!

Words words words.... so many languages worldwide, yet it seems like we are all essentially saying the same thing! Like thirst and hunger, I long for a free and fulfilling feeling in the heart, and the strength and courage to express it!
