Poetry Punchlines November Meetup

On Sunday, November 8, we will be meeting again at Panera Bread. This looks to be a good location for Poems and Coffee. I'd like people who are interested in coming to this meetup to write a 4 line, 20 word poem that ends in the subject title of your poem. The title becomes your punchline or there is an elipses at the end which infers the title. The poem could be verse or prose and let's make the subject matter about the fall or November. Remember, remember the fifth of November? Feel free to express the brevity of your words to convey sensory words that utilize smell, taste, touch, etc... or conceptually through allegory with symbolism. I will keep the interpretation up to you. Perhaps we'll also explore doing another group poem.

Hope to see you there!

P.S. If you live on the west side or east side, this is a perfect location because the Max stop is right across the street at NE 42nd.

it was a nice, creative outlet for a sunday morning. ran a little long relative to my expectations.
overall really enjoyed myself and would come to another one.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
