Literally Alliteration

My apologies for first putting Saturday April 30. That is incorrect. The real date is May 1 or May Day. If you have any labor related poems, please bring them.

Poetry is about the sound of words and their relationship to each other. In this exercise, practice using words that have similar sounds and develop an idea using alliteration in a poem. Here is an example: Alliteration leads language lovers to languish in long lasting lessons with Longfellow. Ok, maybe that was a lame idea, but you get the picture. Looking forward to seeing what people come up with for this exercise. we will also partake in the fun group poetry followed by fun group therapy. Hope to see you there.
