A meeting with the Authors: Laura and Peter Zeranski

Peter and Laura are a local husband & wife team who have been cooking and eating Polish cuisine for over 40 years. Their books were inspired by the iconic The Art of Polish Cooking, written by Peter’s mother Alina Zeranska, in 1968.
Peter & Laura will be discussing classic Polish cuisine, holiday traditions, while sharing anecdotes about producing their books, and about growing up Polish.
Of course they will also offer samples of the delicious dishes from both books.
Come and challenge you palate with the “Kielbasa Taste Test Challenge”, and enjoy famous Hunters Stew, classic Barszcz, Poppy Seed Tort, Kolaczki, and Chocolate Mazurek. Wine will also be available.
Afterwards, Laura and Peter will be autographing copies of their books.
