Introduction
I'm interested in meeting other artists, socializing, motivation, critiques, brainstorming... You can never have too many artist friends, and I will never stop learning.

What would you like to see or gain from this group?
To see things in new ways, to be motivated to finish projects that have hit a snag, truthful critiques, be exposed to new ideas and techniques. I get so much satisfaction from what I make, but can't sustain the motivation if I'm painting alone.
What are your artistic goals?
To increase my representational skills in oil, to improve my life drawing proportions, to finally have enough artwork to have a showing. (I tend to give it away to appreciative people)
Which type of artistic endeavors do you enjoy?

I meant to tell you last night about the Wednesday night dance at the Norse Hall - it is an alternative milonga, which means that they play half traditional tangos and the other half is full of more modern music to tango to. I think you'd like it! See you next week - -
