“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most  responsive to change” (Charles Darwin)

This group is about developing solutions, connections, techniques and skills - strongly rooted in permaculture - to create resilient and truly sustainable communities. This group is about moving in a positive and productive direction: resilient people, households and neighborhoods full of creative abundance.   This group is about starting wherever you are and recognizing that none of us can do this alone.

Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, there is some part of this group that probably makes sense for your life and your relationship to the landscape where you live and work.  Join us.

We organize skill-shares, workshops, work parties, permablitzes, full permaculture courses, conferences, guest speakers, movie nights, field trips and more.

About Permaculture:

Permaculture is one the best ways to expand, organize and apply the many tools available to you to address climate change, peak oil and economic volatility.

Permaculture is a design method and set of skills for creating resilient human habitats and healthy ecosystems which can allow us to live on this planet indefinitely.

Permaculture is based on patterns in nature and encompasses food production, shelter, water, energy, community, health and education.

Permaculture is a system for organizing your toolkit.
