How did you find this particular group? (word of mouth? internet? etc.)

3 yrs ago, John E. Carroll spoke on Pastures of Plenty: The Future of Food, Agriculture and Environmental Conservation in New England. This became my volunteer focus. During MGV course in 2010, class attended Maine Garden Day and met Lisa when she taught the Permaculture Workshop.

What interests you about this particular group?

Local and serious about sustainable solutions to Maine's growing food security issues.

Are you living/gardening/growing predominantly in an urban, suburban or rural setting?

In 2011, we moved to a rental house with a yard. in two months, we converted 1/3 of our yard to edibles & "neighbor gardens".

Do you have any sustainable/resilient living skills that you'd be interested in sharing? Any that you'd like to learn?

I Love organic gardening in small spaces, making healthy eating affordable for those in compressed-housing. All you already teach!
