Introduction

Me, my partner and child moved into a house we built on a 6 acre piece of land in Falmouth 2 years ago, we have about 1/2 acre of young forest garden ranging in age from 1 to 7 years old.

How did you find this particular group? (word of mouth? internet? etc.)

What interests you about this particular group?

It seems like a good way to share ideas and resources with local people who i might not otherwise know or interact with.

Are you living/gardening/growing predominantly in an urban, suburban or rural setting?

When i moved to here about 10 years ago it was pretty rural, but *sigh* now its definitely suburban.

Do you have any sustainable/resilient living skills that you'd be interested in sharing? Any that you'd like to learn?

Hi Aaron! Welcome to the Southern Maine Medicinal Plant Meetup! I heard awesome enthusiasm about your seed starting class last night! If you'd like to post any upcoming events you're offering on the meetup, just let me or Cathleen know and we'll be happy to put it up for you or invite you to be an organizer so you can post as well. Looking forward to planting the kiwis from you in a more permanent location this spring! See you soon! Warmly, Mischa

    Happy Thursday, Aaron!
I attending my first permaculture meetup a couple weeks ago and Lisa pointed me toward you when I asked about seeds/guides. I am starting my garden from scratch and was hoping to collect free & organic seeds from local growers, and possibly pick their brains for tidbits of info :]

If you can help out, please feel free to e-mail me at [masked]

    Thanks! :]

    Hi Aaron

I went to O'Donals to get a few things to start my onions and kale indoors and found out that around the 18th of April O'Donal's is having "organic day"
and Barbara Damrosch (Garden Primer) will be there!

Also, if you ever have a use for applewood please let me know. I am de-barking and stabilizing the wood from my pruning "festival".

    Cheers,

    Courtland

Hi Aaron, I just moved to Falmouth. Let me know if you ever need an extra set of hands throughout your gardening/building efforts. It's the best way to learn, and I love the work. -Courtland

    Hey Aaron-

This has nothing to do with permaculture...you're logo is sick! ('sick' in the slang sense, rad).
