So grateful Tree, for the FEDCO info which I copied! Esp appreciate the feeding recipe.

Once the landscaper planted fruit trees in Oct 2006, I didn't feed them aside from lots of good compost w/seashells under the sheetmulching straw. Though even Charles Yelton & Renae of Coop Ext said all the trees look healthy, maybe that's why the Underwood plum (as well as the apple) didn't produce blossoms this year as the 2 peach and the 3 cherries did .

I can see I need to sit down and read Otto's BackYard Orchardist from cover to cover. Have been too busy planting these days.
