Salsa Level 2 (Beyond Beginners)
Now that you have the basic fundamentals you will continue to learn key leading and following techniques to make you a very proficient dancer. Start learning combinations that will include copa's, open breaks and of course cross body lead combinations. Ladies will be introduced to add styling to spark up the dance floor.

Salsa Level 3 (Intermediate)
Now that you've got the basics, lets get cooking! Learn footwork/shines, spinning technique for both leads and follows, styling and of course some really cool partnering that highlights both the leads and follows. Its' time to sizzle on the dance floor. Pre-Requisite: Beginners Salsa 2 (3 Times), 6 months experience or instructor approval)

Bachata
Bachata is a sizzling dance from the Dominican Republic that focuses on true leading and following technique. In the first week we will focus on the rhythm, timing, steps and turns and show you how to make bachata very interesting on the dance floor. Once you have the fundamentals we'll focus on bringing style, musicality and interesting turn combinations to show off on the dance floor. This class is geared for all levels from beginners to Advanced dancers

George...just double checking....you said the class next sunday is a 3 but a paper I got from the studio says 3:30. Could you please let me know at what time is the class?

Hmmm! I anticipated attending the 5:30 4 week intermediate class & bachata class too ....... Strange, meetup coordinator might have given the heads up, considering individuals pay for the 4wk session

    Hello,

I really wanted to go to the 5:30 Int. Salsa Class but there was another event there instead. I did not receive any notice after confirming my attendance... I was disappointed. Is there a reason for the lack of communication?

    Thanks.

    December 8, 2013

    • George

My apologies Mel but I wasn't aware that there was going to be a provate event therefore we had our classes in the smaller room in the back. classes were still taught in the smaller room.

I understand, thanks for the info. Next time, if possible, perhaps you could post a sign so that first timers like I won't turn around and go back home.
