“ This was my first time attending a real yoga class. Unless you count the one class that was given after one of my Saturday runs. Lisa is a great instructor. She made me feel very welcome. She was attentive to her students and even assisted with form on various poses. I like how she took the time out to leave her mat and walk around to make sure everyone was okay and offered alternate ways to perform the pose based on your own intensity level. This was a good experience and I will definitely be taking her classes again. If you are looking for a yoga instructor, I recommend Lisa. ”
