This one hour class is designed for ALL levels and ages, from the brand new beginner yogi to the seasoned practitioner. Yoga means "to unite" and I am encouraging FAMILIES to get together in union for this wonderful class! From 10 yrs and up, kids and grown-ups can all cultivate some peace and self awareness in this class.
Need a mat? no problem...I always have extra mats to share for no extra charge, by the way!
Give your mind and body a chance to relax, restore, and release stress, tension and toxins at the end of the day. The class will begin with a focus on breath and awareness and flow gently as a moving meditation with restful savasana pose (a pose of surrender to absorb and integrate your practice) leaving you both rested and energized.
This class is great for those who are new to yoga, recovering from injuries or trauma, seeking stress relief, restoring their bodies from a more vigorous practice, as well as those interested in exploring stillness and starting a meditation practice. All levels will be addressed so each student can find their own appropriate level of challenge, with various options offered to help you find a balance between effort and ease.
