PRANALISA YOGA SCHEDULE
The class will begin with a focus on breath and awareness and build up to a nice flow where we move through creative and fun sequences and sun salutations vinyasa (flow) style, linking our poses with our breath. Variations and modifications will be offered so even beginners will feel welcomed, while the advanced yogis will find their challenge as well. We'll conclude with a few moments of rest in savasana (corpse) pose to center and leave you feel energized and invigorated for the rest of the day!
