Would you be interested in a vinyasa style work out class? if so, Wednesday at 10am or Fri at noon?

I have had some requests for a more physical workout type class with sun salutations vinyasa style. We will build up some heat, and maybe a sweat! While beginners are welcome, this is for people who want to be challenged and raise their heart rate and endurance. If you like the idea of a power yoga type class, this is a great chance to get in great shape. The question is, if you are interested in these classes, when would be the best day and time?
