“ This was an outstanding class! Eddie and Julie are both very dedicated to the subject and their enthusiasm was definitely transfered to us students. I thought the lecture on seasonal foods really put in perspective the food that we have available all year around and whether or not that is a good thing. Of course the field trips were the star attraction and it was so enlightening to learn about the good things that these prevelant plants can provide. Even more interesting were the plants that could do lots of damage! It was great to meet everyone in the group.
