The top feels so much better than the bottom. So much better.
I hope there will be more real life use cases. We've gone through that we learn from our failures and iterate to success. But how do we analyze that data when it's not just a beta landing? How do we set those KPIs we measure? What the hell do we do with a customer crisis? Along with many exotic stuff that we handle as an asset but were never really discussed.
