I'm Jay, founder and CEO of Campalyst. We build analytics software that measures conversions from social media allowing brands to focus on increasing monetary ROI, not the number of "Likes".
I doubt I can call myself a good project manager (at least yet), but, perhaps, deep understanding of both business and technical sides of the product (wrote 80% of the code in the first release of our product).
Solving the puzzles; meaning identifying a problem and developing a tech solution to it.
Getting into "it can't be done" attitude from the engineers.
