Project Heart and Soul was founded out of a need for an online support group helping patients, families, and friends deal with the health issues that affect them.
Our mission is dedicated to promoting empowerment and support in our communities. While we are located in the San Antonio, TX area, we are committed to educating and supporting people all over the world.
In our forums, you will find an open ear, friendly advice, and information pertaining to your affliction.
