Our meet-up group believes in:
· A demilitarized, green economy
· A nuclear weapons-free world
· An end to U.S.-supported wars and occupations.
Obviously, these are big goals. Together they constitute a vision of a better future, for our own country and for the world. We believe that our communities can thrive and democracy will survive only if the dollars supporting U.S. militarism are redirected to our communities through a new jobs economy.
