I think having Episcopal somewhere (perhaps in the initial letter) is appropriate.  Pub theology does immediately relax the denomination, I suspect.

I'm thinking this Wednesday from 7-830, and then the first Wednesday in September.

I would suggest perhaps Christian Pub Theology unless you object to the breadth of that name, Gawain.  It opens it to more folks who might participate.
