It seems like puppy mills are getting raided left and right these days - thank goodness! - and there are so many sweet, innocent animals so in need of love and assistance. Thank you to all the foster parents and active rescue workers who donate so much of their own time and money to help these little guys.

Some members expressed an interest in hearing about special needs pugs, so I hope you won't mind my sending this to everyone. This was forwarded to me by one of our members.

Of course, anything you can do to help is, I am sure, appreciated. As a group, we have decided that any money we collect at the Marietta-Roswell Pug Meetup over and above the money needed to keep up this website is donated to Southeast Pug Rescue (SEPRA), but there are a lot of other very worthy groups out there. Do what you can to help, and if you can't help with time or money, spread the word to anyone that will listen about the good these rescue groups do!
