There will be Gourmet Boars Head food supplied by Barons Market Place. There will be 4 premium craft beers on tap chosen for you by a beer & wine specialist from Barons (one of San Diego's greatest Craft Beer selections!). There will be a wonderful boutique, raffle, bake sale, and so much more!
Event address: 1819 Lawndale Road, El Cajon, CA 92019
PUGtoberfest will take place in a park-like setting, inside a gated community in the El Cajon / Rancho San Diego area.
Admission to the event is free – HOWEVER, if you wish to purchase beer, you MUST have a wristband to do so. Each wristband entitles you to 4 10-oz. glasses of beer (or soda or water). You may purchase additional beers for $6.00 per glass. There are soft drinks and water available for purchase at the event, as well as food and gourmet bake sale items. No wristband is needed to purchase non-alcohol items.
Be sure to come hungry! Barons will be cooking up yummy hot dogs and veggie dogs for us. In addition to the great beers, there will be water and sodas available. The bake sale ladies will also have a delicious selection of goodies for sale!

Driving directions from San Diego:
Take Interstate 8 east to the El Cajon Blvd. exit in El Cajon. The exit ramp will split – take the Chase Ave. / Blvd. Place exit and at the light turn right (east) onto Chase Ave.
Continue east on Chase Ave. for approximately 3.3 miles and you will cross over Jamacha Road.
After crossing Jamacha Rd., go another 3/10 of a mile to Burwell Lane, the first street on the left after Jamacha Rd.
Turn left onto Burwell Lane, a short street that leads into the gated community.
Stop at the keypad and key in the code #1005
After entering the gate, turn right onto Lawndale Road. Proceed approximately 3 blocks, passing Sungrove Court on your left. Continue on Lawndale for a short distance, and where it curves to the right you will see a large, Victorian house on the hill to your right. PUGtoberfest is being held on the grounds surrounding that house. There is no parking on the grounds of the house - however you may park anyplace on the right side of Lawndale, the side that has a curb.
After parking, walk to the driveway leading to the house, and follow the signs to the entrance to PUGtoberfest. Those who have prepaid, as well as those paying at the gate, will enter the event at the same place, and receive wristbands at the admissions table. If you park on Lawndale, to exit the community simply continue down Lawndale to the next exit and drive slowly up to the right side of the gate. It will open automatically – no exit code needed.
Alternative parking area: You may park on Chase Ave. and walk in from there. There is a footpath that is accessible via a gate that is located approximately halfway between Burwell Lane and the next street farther east, Slate Terrace. This gate is visible from Chase Ave., and there will be a Pug Rescue sign at the entrance to the gate. The path begins on the north side of Chase Ave. and leads up to the event grounds. When you reach the grounds, follow signs to the entrance to the event.
