WANT TO PEACEFULLY PROTEST PET STORES IN THE L.A.-AREA?
Would you like to help stop pet stores from selling dogs from negligent breeders?
Best Friends Animal Society has started a campaign to end the sale of puppies from irresponsible breeders, encourage pet stores to adopt a humane model and increase the adoption of homeless animals in need.
Peaceful pet-store protests are a great way to educate the public about the realities of puppy mills and the benefits of adopting rather than buying a pet. Our presence in front of the pet store helps people understand the connection between the puppies they see for sale inside and the cruel and inhumane conditions under which they are bred, as well as the negative impact it has on our already overcrowded shelters.
Please join us at pet stores in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and beyond. The more volunteers we recruit, the broader our reach. This is a volunteer-driven campaign, so we need YOU to make it successful.
