The purpose of this webinar is to prepare Michigan citizen lobbyists for Michigan’s Humane Lobby Day, April 16th in Lansing. This 1 hour webinar will cover the Puppy Protection Act (SB 117/118) Fact Sheet that participants will be reviewing with their legislators during their individual appointments.
All Michigan animal advocates are encouraged to attend the webinar even if they can not attend Lobby Day. Advocates should be calling, emailing and meeting with their legislators during district hours to help push the Puppy Protection Act into law.
The session will also cover Michigan’s Kennel Study, Ebay Classified Ads Study and changes in the industry. Hosted by Pam Sordy, Puppy Mill Awareness of SE Michigan.
