JRT John Arraignment & Pretrial

*Need to confirm the day before. Often court dates are rescheduled the day prior.

John Jones, Michigan’s largest animal hoarder, will be facing the judge on felonycharges for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. This may be the only opportunity to impose probation that would restrict Jones from having animals. Let’s hope the Sheriff can make it happen.

6-6-13  Preliminary Hearing. Bound over to Circuit Court. Judge David Hoggg, District Court Judge.

[masked] Arraignment & Pre-trail. Case number[masked]SH. Judge Fagerman.

I deleted the comment from Judy. We are not calling the Judge. Our petition is targetting the prosecutor. Judges have to be impartial. We can contact the judge during sentencing only.
