MONTCALM COUNTY, Mich. (WZZM) - The woman accused of running a puppy mill in both Kent and Montcalm Counties has been arrested for animal cruelty.

Renee Suschil is being charged with Failing to Provide Adequate Care for more than 10 dogs in Montcalm County.

WZZM 13 News first told you about Suschil in 2012, when she had a business called "Pixie Puppies" in Kent County. After being denied a kennel license, she moved to Montcalm County, where she was denied a license again.

In March, she surrendered up to 100 dogs to a local rescue organization, but was caught this week with more "unlicensed" dogs.

She is now facing a four-year felony charge.
