I have started this group to share my experience and knowledge in happiness and (psychological) wellness. If everyone were happier the world would be a better place. Happiness is the key to getting out of the recession. Join us and find out why. I will teach you ways to make yourself happier, improving your quality of life. I will reprogram your mind towards food, so that you shed unnecessary weight WITHOUT DIETING! I will share enjoyable ways to keep fit, so that you enjoy exercising your body. A healthier body contributes greatly to your happiness. I will teach skills to manage depression and anxiety. What you learn in this group can be shared with your family and friends.
