Open Data and Internet Democracy Tools Workshop

Hi guys,

Now that Nenshi is in office, some of you might be wondering "what's next?" For me, it's this Open Data and Internet Democracy Tools Workshop on Saturday:

Date: Saturday, Nov 13th
Time: 9:30am - 1pm
Location: TBA, but will be central

Alderman Brian Pincott will be in attendance. He and another councillor have brought the Open Data policy to council. The intent is to open the city's data to the public. This should be a good one if you're at all interested in the direction our city is taking with the new council.

In addition you'll get an update on some online democracy projects being carried out throughout the city.
