PyBulls meeting at USF

This is a weekly meeting in Tampa. The PyBulls branch is currently .5 geospatial/GIS types wanting to learn Python for geoprocessing/ArcPy, .25 beginners, and .25 experienced Python programmers.

    There were four attendees for the second PyBulls meeting. We spent two hours refactoring and discussing a CSV cleansing script. I learned a lot and the two beginners both wrote their first scripts.
