Teach Me Twisted

Twisted provides asynchronous networking capabilities to Python through an event driven callback approach.

The Twisted project started 12 years ago to provide asynchronous networking capabilities to Python through an event driven callback approach.  It is one of the first serious attempts at asynchronous support in Python.

Rigel will lead a Teach Me Twisted session.  (Interestingly this blog post about a Teach Me Twisted session in 2008 is what sparked trying these Teach Me sessions in our Python group)!

I've developped some telephony applications with twisted before. I'd enjoy to be part of it

Please come! This is a "Teach Me" session where the student is in front of the group and relies on people in the group to do the teaching.
