Its not quite the same as teams, but I noticed that if you have your location set in your Github/Bitbucket profile, then it will automatically list you in the "locations" section:

I wasn't able to find the team settings, either, but their home page mentions it as an option. Perhaps that is still under development.
No one else has stepped up, so if you want to dig into it and see what you can find that would be great.
