Wanna use your technology or design skills or your knowledge of a particular
issue for social good and really change the world? Or do you work/volunteer for a non-profit or work in government and face a challenge that you think technology could help solve, or just have an idea for a civic app? Join us at Atlanta's 5th Random Hacks of Kindness hackathon at GTRI during the weekend of Dec. 1 - 2! In addition to free food, drinks and swag, we've given away thousands of dollars in prizes and the top 2 teams from last year's event were recognized by Atlanta City Council. Thanks to Mailchimp's generous platinum-level sponsorship this year, expect more great prizes and excellent non-junk food. And, who knows...maybe you'll build a civic startup like SeeClickFix... Here's the video recap of June's event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RercBubGCH4&feature=plcp
