This one-day training teaches the principles and practices that make Scrum effective at managing projects. This is not a lecture-based training but rather, fully participative and experiential, where the content is prioritized by you! Exercises, demonstrations, facilitated discussions, and more are interwoven throughout the course to illustrate the principles being taught. .
This highly interactive one-day training will enable participants to:
* Understand the essence of Agile; understand its values, foundations and adopt a new way of thinking .
* Understand how Scrum values and foundations are related to the practices.
* Get a sense of what self-organization is (and is not).
* How to support a new or transitioning Agile team and business .
Activities to establish rapport and form groups that will work together for the session. Participants work in small groups to identify specific learning objectives for the class.
