Chi or Gi means "Energy of Life" and Gong means "to work with". Adults and seniors or all physical abilities will fin Chi Gong beneficial to their bodies, and helpful in dealing with the challenges of daily life, while being easy to practice and learn. Chi Gong is a form of meditative exercise.
Master Yun teaches an hour class of the 7 Chi Gong Exercises: Meditation, Unique Exercises, Self Massage Techniques, "Dan Jyun" Breathing Techniques, Stretching, Chi Dance, and Relaxation Music.
