I'm trying to lose weight primarily, but that touches on a lot of areas of measurement. Diet and sleep are probably the most important to me currently so I'm trying to measure weight, bodyfat, body inches. Lately, body water has been a question, as well as sleep quality.
I'm just getting started as a quant after reading the 4-hour body, but I find this stuff really interesting and I'm looking forward to meeting some like-minded people and exchanging ideas.
